Effective Six Pack Workout Hints to Give you Fast and Lasting Results

Are you in search of the best six pack workout? Well, don’t get you hopes up because what I’m about to say might disappoint you. There is no such thing a the best six pack workout because everyone is built differently and can handle different exercises.

It depends on what you want to accomplish. In my professional opinion the perfect six pack workout is about having a well balanced workout routine that is tailored specifically towards your goals.

Here it is.

To get abs you must first drop your body fat percentage index down to 12% for men and 18% for women. If you are no where near these percentages I suggest you start doing exercises such as full body workouts, interval training and more cardio. Also, you may need to check your dietary habits and change these too. There is no easy way to getting ab except through sheer disciple and hard work.

Ok considering that you may already have all of these factors in check then here are a few examples of get abs exercises that you would do.

Level 1 (easy)

• Lying leg thrusts
• Reverse Crunches
• Ab bicycles
• Stability ball crunches
• Alternating crunches
• Stability ball plank holds.
• Abdominal Vacuums.

“Abs is made in the kitchen” this is one fundamental rule I would like you to always remember. If you efforts in the gym is as consistent with your efforts in the kitchen then I can tell you confidently that your overall results will be lasting. Diet is by far the most important factor when it comes to getting into shape.


Level 2 (Medium)
• Hanging knee raises
• Decline board leg thrusts.
• Lying leg thrusts
• Stability ball hip flexion
• Ab bicycles
• Alternating crunches
• Ab scissors
• Floor plank holds

Depending on your existing fitness level sets an reps will be different for everyone. Your average reps for a beginner could be 2x10 on each exercise while the more advanced members could well accomplish 3 x 15 on each. If you are indeed a beginner it is my advice that you start our slow and not over do it.

Proper technique is also important when it comes to conducting that six pack workout. Notice a lot of people complain about neck aches during crunches because for one their core isn’t strong enough so the neck is taking all the strain. If you notice the same happening with you STOP immediately and adjust yourself accordingly.

Remember to always focus on what you are doing. Muscles are built properly if correct techniques are employed.
