Rotate, Grab And Go Using A Rotating Potholder

As a way to be a lot more effective, safer and efficient, a Pothandler skid steer attachment allows you to move both containers and b&b with ideal ease. What used to take a couple of guys to accomplish, can now be done with only one; the skid steer operator. Easily the nurserymen can shift a 100-gallon container from point A to point B within a few minutes.

What helps make the potholder unique from tree forques along with other skidsteer attachments is its capability to grasp small delicate decorative items as well as large bulky containers. The Potholder is uniquely made with four paws lined with abrasion resistant, robust rubber. For gripping, the rubber paddles are far superior for grasping b&b as well as being somewhat of a cushion for impacts that may damage pots when clutched with metal paddles.

The potholder is a really good tool for nurseries of any size, commercial landscapers and tree farms. However in some situations it's not doable to drive the skid steer straight at the container grown plant in order for the paws to grasp it properly. As an example in narrow rows it's doable to get the skidsteer along the row, but not doable to maneuver it in front of the item you intend to grab, so the container must be manually moved out of line and to the center of the row. However, using a rotating potholder this could be eliminated completely.

As the potholder itself doesn't rotate, the Proline swinging grabber does. For spaces as narrow as the skid steer it is possible to maneuver the swinging grabber with the potholder attachment in position and quite easily grab a 40" pot without having to manually shift the container to the open alley of the row.

The swinging grabber will rotate a bit more than 90 degrees from the travel direction on either the right or left side on the skid steer. You just drive to the isle swing the potholder 90 degrees grab the container, swing it back to traveling position and drive out of the aisle.

In terms of Nursery Equipment, what sets the Proline equipment apart from the others is their actual life experience with the nursery and tree farm business. Through learning from mistakes they have developed skid steer attachments that not only perform the job, it's accomplished efficiently, safely and helps to create better productivity.
