Amazon sends me emails to leave feedback and write testimonials on the products I purchase. After receiving a variety of email, I lastly chose to respond. I found they were asking me about various things that really confused me. Some concerns had to do with the seller, who was that? Isn't the seller Amazon? Some concerns about the product packaging and distribution and then lastly, about the item.
On my next purchase at Amazon, I paid close attention to the testimonials that people left. None of those testimonials resembled the concerns on distribution, product packaging and the seller. So what was I missing out on?
I am embarrassed to say it, however it lastly struck me that there were two various feed-back systems. The seller feed-back system had to do with the seller shipping me their item on time and in excellent product packaging, the item testimonial was, well, about the item. It became clear that the seller was being rated for their efficiency on Amazon (and that was the marketing or manufacturer, and the item was being rated for its efficiency as an item against its competition.
When I realized there was seller efficiency AND bargain testimonials, I thought you might want to know even more about how to write a product testimonial.
