Waterproof Bike Light - A Feature Of Best Bike Lights

Bicycle headlights are very critical. In the day, they can alert traffic to you. At dusk, they can supply necessary lighting to see precisely where the path is. A headlight is one bicycle accessory you should never be without.

There are many bicycle lights on the market today. So, precisely what attributes should you consider for the best bike light? Listed below are a couple of things I look out for in the best bike lights.

It is crucial that a bike headlight has a flashing or blinking setting offered. This is the most effective light to be used in the day. When you are riding on the road, it truly attracts attention so that you are immediately seen by cars.

The second quality I look out for is that it is waterproof. In case you are commuting by bike, a waterproof bike light is essential. When the weather might change, you never know! And even puddles may splash up and get your bike headlight soaked! In case you ride everyday for exercise, a waterproof bike light is simply your best friend, as you head out during rain or shine to ride.

Personally, I honestly like bike headlights that are easy to install. Those intricate screw mounts can be fairly daunting. Because I really want my bike headlight to be held securely in place, I use them. You should remember to tighten up those screws occasionally. You do not want your bike headlight to slip at the wrong time!

I have begun checking out silicone bike lights just lately, and I have found a lot of cheaply made ones. I love a quick install that holds securely, so I have been continuing to look at them. Just last month, I spotted a new silicone bike light by Huggabe called a Lightning Frog. This particular one caught my interest. Silicone encases the bike headlight making it waterproof, and dirt and mud proof too! The versatile design of it is extremely easy to install! It has two white LED lights that make it extra bright, and a flashing mode also! It uses two CR2032 batteries. That's how it can be so small, and provide super bright light. The Lightning Frog has been a fantastic investment for me!
